Common Questions

How does fit work for made-to-measure?

Made-to-measure garments are produced to your specifications, and mulitple fittings are required to achieve the perfect fit. Since we don't offer tailoring services, we partner with trusted local tailors who offer preferred rates to help complete any final adjustments.

How long does the process take?

Production and delivery to your doorsteps generally take 3~4 weeks. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you know what to expect at each stage.

Do you offer expedited options?

In certain cases, expedited production or delivery options may be available for additional cost depending on fabric selection and timing. The fastest we delivered end-to-end was 6 business days. However, if you have a specific deadline, we recommend reaching out before placing your order so we can advise on what’s feasible.

What fabrics do you offer, and what do terms like Super 150s or 180s mean?

We work exclusively with premium pure wool fabrics, selected for balance, structure, and long-term wear. “Super” numbers refer to the fineness of the wool fiber—the higher the number, the finer and softer the fabric.

As a general guide:

  • Super 110s–130s prioritize durability and everyday wear
  • Super 140s–150s balance softness, drape, and longevity
  • Super 160s–180s offer a finer hand feel and more refined appearance, best suited for lighter wear or special occasions

We help guide fabric selection based on how you plan to wear the suit, focusing on balance rather than simply choosing the highest number.

What if I can't find a color or pattern that I like?

Our online store offers only a fraction of our whole fabric catalog. Schedule an fitting with us to explore the full options.

Can I machine-wash my suit? What do you recommend for care?

We do not recommend machine washing made-to-measure wool suits, as agitation and heat can compromise structure, shape, and longevity. For regular care, we suggest light steaming, spot cleaning when needed, and professional dry cleaning only when necessary. Proper rotation and rest between wears will significantly extend the life of the garment.
