Return & Refund Policy

Manor & Mint LLC (“Manor & Mint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) produces made-to-measure and custom-manufactured garments. Because each product is made specifically to a customer’s individual specifications, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy, subject only to the limited exceptions outlined below.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. All Sales Final — Custom & Made-to-Measure Items

All products sold by Manor & Mint are custom-made to the customer’s measurements, selections, and design specifications.

Accordingly:

  • All sales are final

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds are not provided

This applies to all garments, including but not limited to suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, tuxedos, and accessories, regardless of wear or condition.

2. Limited Exception — Manufacturing Errors Only

Manor & Mint may, at its sole discretion, offer a remedy only in cases of a verified manufacturing error.

A manufacturing error is strictly limited to:

  • Use of measurements that materially differ from the measurements submitted or recorded by Manor & Mint

  • Delivery of an incorrect fabric, color, or confirmed customization

  • Objective construction defects rendering the garment unusable

Remedies (At Our Discretion)

If a qualifying manufacturing error is confirmed, Manor & Mint may offer one of the following:

  • A remake of the affected garment

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at our discretion.

3. Excluded From Coverage (No Refund / No Remake)

The following do not qualify as manufacturing errors and are expressly excluded from refunds, remakes, or credits:

  • Personal fit preferences (e.g., “too slim,” “too loose,” “too long,” “too short”)

  • Style dissatisfaction or change of mind

  • Weight change, posture change, or body composition change

  • Inaccurate or incomplete measurements provided by the customer or third parties

  • Normal variations inherent in custom tailoring

  • Fabric texture, color, or drape expectations differing from screen display

  • Minor deviations within industry-standard tolerances

4. Measurement Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of any measurements submitted by themselves or by third parties.

  • Manor & Mint is not liable for fit issues resulting from customer-provided or third-party measurements

  • Measurements taken directly by Manor & Mint during an in-person fitting are covered under Section 2 only

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may not be modified or canceled once production has commenced

  • Production typically begins within 24–48 hours after order confirmation

  • Requests received after production begins will be denied without exception

6. Shipping & Delivery Issues

Manor & Mint is not responsible for carrier delays. However:

  • Lost, damaged, or misdelivered shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Claims submitted after this window may be denied

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for issues covered by this policy.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account suspension

  • Submission of documentation to payment processors or dispute resolution services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Manor & Mint’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected garment

  • Manor & Mint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from an order or this policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small-claims court, at Manor & Mint’s election.
