These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website manormint.studio and any purchases made from Manor & Mint LLC (“Manor & Mint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products & Services

Manor & Mint offers made-to-measure and custom-manufactured garments, including but not limited to suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, tuxedos, and related accessories.

All garments are produced exclusively based on customer-provided measurements and selections.

3. Custom Nature of Orders

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products are custom-made

  • Production begins shortly after order confirmation

  • All sales are final, subject only to the limited exceptions in our Return & Refund Policy

No two garments are identical. Minor variations are inherent to custom tailoring.

4. Measurements & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of measurements they submit

  • Accuracy of customization selections

  • Reviewing order details before submission

Manor & Mint is not responsible for fit issues resulting from:

  • Self-measured inputs

  • Third-party tailors or measurement services

  • Changes in body size or posture after submission

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise

  • Payment is due in full at checkout unless otherwise specified

  • Applicable sales tax may be collected based on shipping location

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed

  • Manor & Mint reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production begins

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees

  • Manor & Mint is not responsible for carrier delays

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance

Shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Text

  • Images

  • Product descriptions

is the exclusive property of Manor & Mint LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Abuse customer support channels

  • Attempt fraudulent chargebacks

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manor & Mint disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Manor & Mint’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manor & Mint LLC, its members, officers, and affiliates from any claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the site

  • Inaccurate measurements or information

  • Violation of these Terms

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for matters governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Order refusal

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

At Manor & Mint’s election, any dispute shall be resolved through:

  • Binding arbitration, or

  • Small-claims court in Texas

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
